We utilise Best.Energy’s experience and success in the industry; Best.Energy has 20 years in the industry and has manufactured customised energy saving devices, designed to fulfill the customers’ requirements with the highest quality products according to client timelines, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Cassim — Founder & CEO

Cassim is an investment banker and business leader with 26+ years’ experience across Australia and South Africa, including senior roles with leading financial institutions. Most recently, he was Chief Investment Officer and Head of Investor Relations for a $2.7 billion Australian mortgage fund.

With a background spanning finance, strategy, operational efficiency and sustainability, Cassim has worked closely with CEOs and business owners to solve complex commercial challenges and deliver measurable results.

His passion for resource efficiency was shaped by growing up in South Africa and seeing firsthand the impact of resource scarcity. Earlier at PwC, he advised corporations and government on cost reduction, performance improvement and operational efficiency, complemented by Master's studies in sustainability and Lean principles.

This experience led to the creation of integr8 energy partners — with a simple mission: help Australian businesses use energy smarter, reduce waste, lower costs and create lasting financial and environmental value.

Nasreen — Founder & COO

Nasreen is an accomplished entrepreneur, business leader and accountant with 25+ years’ commercial experience, including successfully building, scaling and exiting three businesses.

Most recently, she founded and led a specialist baby accessories business for 11 years, growing it into an established brand supplying major retailers including Baby Bunting, Myer and Amazon across Australia and New Zealand.

Her experience spans strategy, product development, procurement, supply chain, operations, sales and commercial growth, giving her a practical understanding of what it takes to build successful, customer-focused businesses.

Nasreen also led the transition to more sustainable products and raw materials, demonstrating that sustainability can go hand-in-hand with quality, customer demand and commercial performance.

As Chief Operating Officer of integr8 energy partners, Nasreen brings an entrepreneurial, practical and customer-focused approach — ensuring the business delivers real outcomes, operational excellence and lasting value for clients.

Together with Cassim, she is committed to helping Australian businesses reduce waste, improve efficiency and make smarter, more sustainable decisions that deliver measurable commercial results.
